Project Description

This very special tour focuses on the human rights legacy during 17-years of military dictatorship (1973-1990) of General Augusto Pinochet. It includes visits to: La Moneda Presidential Palace (center stage of the coup), the Gen. Augusto Pinochet Foundation (which honors General Pinochet and his work) or the Escuela Militar (military school), the General Cemetery where memorials have been erected for coup victims and a compound or  Villa Grimaldi  that once served as the principal torture center for the military regime.
